Our products are handmade in-house and intended for external cosmetic use only.
Individual results may vary. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Always review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Esse from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Texas.
YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR JURY TRIAL.
This provision survives termination.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
